How do I return an item?



The Jeeper Return Policy: The Easiest Return Policy in the Jeeping Community!
  • All returns must be returned within 60 days to be eligible for credit or exchange

  • Email Jeep First requesting to return the part. Jeep First will email you an MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) . The MRA must be included in the box with your returned part. Failing to include an MRA will delay returning or exchanging your part. All MRAs expire in 30 days, dont worry we can always make you another one.

  • All returns must be returned unused in new sellable factory packaging to be eligible for return. This means you can’t return a winch with the fairlead full of grass and mud. Remember, we don’t throw this stuff away; we put it back on the shelf and sell it. If we couldn’t in good faith sell it to another member of the Jeeping community we can’t take it back.

  • All returns must take place within 60 days of original purchase date. If you can’t decide in 60 days if it doesn’t work on your jeep you are not Jeeping enough!

  • Jeep First does not pay for return shipping of returned products. Jeep First pays to ship parts to our customers for free, and we pay the shipping to send replacement parts as well. We feel that 2 out of 3 is pretty amazing service!

  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify part fitment before installation. Parts that are installed, painted, and are unsellable in condition cannot be returned.

  • The following parts are non-returnable: Installed parts, painted parts, racing parts and custom made parts. Electrical/electronic parts cannot be returned if they have been plugged in or if the package seal has been broken. Installed and electrical/electronic parts are only covered under manufacturer defect warrantees and can only be exchanged at the manufacturer's discretion.
